Installation
Download, drag into Applications, and allow camera access when prompted. That's it.
Grab NailBiteMenu.dmg, then double-click to mount.
Drop NailBiteMenu.app into Applications. On first launch, approve under
System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
Start the app. If the icon hides behind the chevron (⌃), drag it out from Control Center to keep it visible.

When a detection fires, you'll see a compact overlay with a countdown and "Stay mindful" action. It dismisses automatically after three seconds or immediately when you press Enter.
Privacy
NailBiteMenu never uploads video, detections, or statistics. Everything stays local in your user Library, and you can wipe stats anytime from Settings → Data → Reset Tracking.
